I Have Trouble Sleeping

Sometimes I crawl into bed and get cozy, but then I can't fall asleep at all. It's like my brain won't switch off. Sometimes I'll be awake in bed in the dark for hours before I can finally get some rest.

I used to read accounting books to force myself to sleep, now I just use melatonin. Best of luck!
