I Have Trouble Sleeping

Sometimes I crawl into bed and get cozy, but then I can't fall asleep at all. It's like my brain won't switch off. Sometimes I'll be awake in bed in the dark for hours before I can finally get some rest.

Maybe eat dinner earlier...skip liquids before bedtime..and a nice hot bath may let U relax more....and once U are in bed, U immediately start to think ...am I going to be able to sleep...I've been there..breathe deeply and try to sleep...Good luck! Another thought would be to get into yoga....or transcendental meditation...
