I Have a Good Memory
One thing I learned this weekend: It is not that no one cares about me, it is just that I have a good memory, am very caring, and expect everyone to be the same way.
Knowing this fact isn't much of a consolation, it still sucks when I try to reference some joke or event they don't remember, or when they show me their favorite thing again and I remember too much to be surprised, which kind of kills the moment.
The thing that is the worst is I always remember what I say I will do, but many people in my life often forget the favors they promise.
On the bright side I will never forget the Alamo, so there is that.
