I Just Want To Share What Is On My Mind

Realizing what it means to stop "passing" my 'sins' onto my children!

After much "therapy", workshops, reading, writing, talking and listening to what "others" (which include myself) had and have to say on how they've overcome and risen above the negatives in their personal lives and in the world, I've come to an understanding of why the 'sins' continue to be passed on to our children and their children.

This world continues to move in circles and "Waking Up" from the nightmares of repeating the same mistakes is not as easy as we want it to be. It doesn't have to be difficult and it takes an everyday soul commitment to change yourself from the ways we were taught to 'see' life to see in a more positive light.

We teach our children what we're taught basically as that is the only way we know until we learn another way. Most of us say we won't be like our parents and will raise our children differently. But unless we learn and become aware of what the subconscious mind does to 'guide' you in your life' we will continue to teach our children the same basic things we were taught.

As I understand how the subconscious mind works, from what Bruce Lipton PhD, has worked for over 30 years to understand, the subconscious mind holds all of the programming to how we live our lives and why we do and say what we do. We are not even aware that we are living and being as our parents lived and their parents before them and so on. Just to be clear I am not saying that their raising us was bad or good. I'm simply saying that I did not understand some of the things they taught, okay most of them. 😉 They did a great job on what they understood at the time they were raising us.

When I personally learned and became more aware of how the subconscious rules our lives and seen the effects of what it did to my children, I didn't like some things I saw. I could not understand why they were behaving in some ways I behaved and my parents behaved when I was determined to teach them differently.

To understand what was going on in my own mind helps me to understand what might be going on my children's and other peoples minds.

Our minds can be complicated but they don't have to be. For me, I want my children to live and be happier and not have to struggle with life's trials as I did or as my parents did. As I continue to learn and hopefully continue to attain a better understanding of how my mind works, I can better understand my children and the people in my life.

I am blessed and grateful to have all of the people in my life! Everyone of them has helped and are helping me to want a peaceful and happy life for all.

We have the knowledge already to stop the 'sins' being passed on, we just have to learn how to access it within our own minds.

So many verses in the Bible tell me we are loved beyond measure. So many teachings from other books and people tell me we are loved beyond measure. We have the intelligence and capacity to understand how to love and be loved, it just takes time and patience to heal from those 'sins'. And for me, those 'sins' are nothing more than a lack of understanding to what love is.

God Is Love! 💖 To understand God it helps to understand our mind!
