I Have High Blood Pressure
Looks like I’m at 138/86. That’s not that bad though, is it?

Is it that high all the time?... mine fluctuates quite a bit from high to low, but if it stays at that level then thats right at the border of high blood pressure

@AndrewFeedee Doctors will say if its consistently 140/90 or over then you need to treat it... thats certainly not good at your age, get out and exercise
