I Had An Epiphany

I know why people die.
Not because of old age, but because of loneliness ..and diseases.
Here's my thought process. When people get older and their childrean grow up, move out and never call, they begin to feel that sadness and izolation. Then when their spouses die, they grief and really start to feel that loneliness. The taste of life disappears, especially if they retire and get fewer and fewer human interaction. And they begin to feel worthless, start to move slower, they get out of their homes less and less, their bodies atrophy and they slowly get on their path to die.

So moral of the story is, when you victimize yourself and stop living, you die.

Even happy people surrounded by loved ones die eventually.

i believe this as well, to an extent. there is a woman who is around 110 and she smokes and eats mostly meat. she says as long as your happy and doing what you want to do you will be fine, but there is another, an old man also in his hundreds who is bored out of his mind and is just waiting to finally die, he does not look too old sick or lonely either despite saying the reason he wants to die is because he outlived all his friends and family.

the will to live is a powerful energy.

@xSharp: yeah, that's true

lmfao.. so corruption isn't the cause?

it's because we're victims is why we don't get the healthcare?

is why we still are years behind in advancements in treating disease?

so it's not genetics? it's metaphors and romance?

ok, i'm sure my cancer stricken wife will get a hoot over that one.

i hear endorphins are a good boost for the immunity.

....

I had en epiphany. I was repeating history, I was doing everything I hated, a weight on my shoulders. I let it all get to me. I had an epiphany, I just smile at my enemies, I was listening to everybody but they never did s*** for me.

You've only described a single scenario.

@Dan193: well I don't know how to do infinity. I mean there are thousands and and thousands of years of humanity and were not done yet so...

@Dan193: 👍
You're right inn that one. Provided illnesses and stuff don't get to them first.

It does not have to be diseases or loneliness. It's just life cycle to eventually die.
