I've had [i]boyfriends and a girlfriend[/i] while in school but never actually been on a date. I'm the most tame high schooler I know. It's my senior year and I feel like such a loser.

Nah. A lot of people have been in the same situation. People stress over trying to reach certain milestones by certain ages when it isn't actually important.
