I Always Say I Am Sorry When I Am Wrong

Well today i did a terrible mistake to my nephew who's just 3 years old.. Usually when he do mistakes me and my sister just tell him that's its so wrong. But today he beat a neighbour girl who's younger than him. As a joke i thought if i just pretend the pan is hot and telling him am going to touch your skin with it and unfortunately the pan was hot and there was a small skin burn.. I felt terrible for doing it as a fool play.. I said sorry to him and he said he won't repeat that. I literally had tears in my eyes seeing his burnt skin.. I'll never do such thing again ever.. I feel so bad for doing it.
