I Don't Forgive and Forget Easily

I have a hard time forgiving people who've harmed me. I've tried before, but it's a fail every time. Many times I just want answers to why he/she would do or say something horrible to me or an apology for all the wrong doing. But that will never happen and some are probably afraid to speak to me which is reasonable. It takes a lot of courage to talk to someone you've harmed.
