I Have a Girlfriend

I have a girlfriend but I am very displeased with our relationship. She gets upset very easily and I constantly feel she is hiding things from me. Please don't judge me, I am not paranoid, she has a history.
We currently live together but I feel like we're not. We are always in separate rooms, we barely even exchange words, we don't even eat together.
It is a really bad relationship, I am not happy. I mean, I love her, but it's not enough. I cannot stand the way she treats me and she doesn't even care I'm here and she's constantly looking for attention from Other.
