Plant a tree, put trace in dustbins, removing a stone from the walking path, treat others with respect and be kind in any regards. You are than contributing.

Ha, my first thought is smoke a little ganja... We all need to chill. It's not that serious and we don't know anything really. Life is nothing and everything, we should all enjoy it and practice acceptance.

Pick up someone else's litter, share food and resources with the poor and underfed, offer genuine support to a friend who needs help, have your pets spayed and neutered, etc.

quit asking everyone to adjust their lives to suit them.

Just be nice to folk and kind and give a hand when its needed.

Stop taking your anger and frustrations out on other people.

Take a step off the largest building in their area.

Learn the use of the word hate

Being honest towards themselves.

Give snickerdo0dle money.

Don't litter

Help an old lady with her shopping or cleaning .......
