why do so many so-called "Christians" have to hate pagans and wiccans?

@Soulstice it really is. especially the many different priestesses. pagans use animal sacrifices. its their way of worship. satanists use human sacrifices. the pentagram is originally meant to signify the five elements: fire, water, earth, air and spirit and the circle means they r all connected.

How would you classify yourself?

@Soulstice well, im not technically a pagan but i identify as a pagan. i dont like restrictions in my life due to religion.

I agree on the Wiccan dates, yes.. paganism is older, I don't understand how it can be linked to Satanism, when they don't believe in Satan. or are you comparing to the general consensus that anyone who don't believe in god, must believe in satan?

@Byebyebye123 Paganism is an umbrella term. Satanism is a Pagan religion. So while Paganism isn't necessarily Satanistic, Satanism is pagan.

@NorthernRoses It may be now, but; never was until the Christian came about and created it belief in Satan. I guess that was the point I was trying to make.

Not arguing.. really just trying to understand how a type or religion (pagan) that was around for hundreds of years before Christ or the devil can be linked.. when it should be linked the religion that identified it..
