I am not in the habit of deleting friends because we have differing political views......
I am aware that not everyone has the same opinion as me, and i respect peoples right to have differing opinions. But, thats just me.

I admit, I have a problem with KKK supporters and Neo-Nazis (or those who tolerate them), no matter how kind they may be to me personally. I came to understand just how strongly I felt during the last election. I may not block everyone on that side of the aisle, and I [b]am[/b] capable of being civil. But I won't friend them anymore. There's no point, and chances are I've already said something they'd find offensive, anyway. 🤔

@bijouxbroussard: Last I checked .. not all Republicans are Neo Nazis or KKK supporters. I'm not .. no one I know is and I've been a Republican in 3 states over 40 yrs. Know there are some .. but they are truly fringe groups.
I'll agree to stand against those groups and their supporters with you. This is what we need .. less rhetoric and the people on both sides who agree on these things in reality to stand together and push for change.

@4everman: I recognize and have friends among those who are not, both here and in real life. I guess what I'm saying is that I'm no longer willing to "make nice" when people make excuses for the ones who've proven they are.
