It's nearly 5:30 am and I'm not sleeping. What would you do if your kids stayed up that late?

I'd have to spank you, now get over my knee ;)

If it was during a school week or if they had something they needed to do that day, I would not be pleased with them. If they were staying up late on purpose, that is. If they had difficulty sleeping then I would feel bad and see if I could help them with getting to sleep.

I dont have kids but if the insomnia gene is passed down they would all have have it... I would let them play if they are quiet

I'd be concerned, they are only 7, 8 and 10

As long as they're up for school on time and ready to go, whatever. sleep or don't sleep as long as you're in the house and not running around in the world with God knows who, doing God knows what it's fine with me.

They would be in bed there's no question about it if they were my kids, I had the opposite problem when I was a kid I wanted to go to sleep but my parents were always up and now I'm a night 🦉

When I was a child my parents let me stay up as long as I wanted on Fridays and Saturdays as there was no school the next day.

Well I kinda stayed up until 3am everyday last year then got up 3 hours later for school

I would force her to meditate with me until she falls asleep.

I was very upset. I took the tablets and phone away at bedtime for a week.

I would let them suffer the logical results of their choices.
