Proof that Trump would've been a dictator if the system allowed him to
If any of you are following the news, the President of my home country, Nigeria (who was military dictator in the 80s) threatened genocide against the people from a certain region of the country on Twitter. There was a Civil War from 1967-70 and 3 million Igbos were killed. He threatened a repeat of that if they didn't stop agitating for secession. So this useless president posted his genocidal threats on Twitter, and they were promptly removed. And so responding to that, the Nigerian government decided to ban Twitter. Now here's what 45 had to say about it:
I am so glad you removed this guy from office. I have no words for this, I can't even believe that the author of this was once the leader of the free world. If the system in the US had allowed Trump to do this, he probably would have. Again, I am immensely grateful that this guy is no longer in office.
We still aren't free of him until he dies. And the bigger problem is we have 10s of millions of people that think and act just like him in this country. Tr*mp is too big of a coward to kill himself. But a dictator sends others to do their dirty work instead. We effectively have two governments in the US. One trying to tear the country apart and one trying to work with everyone including the traitors.
@canusernamebemyusername it's insane that he even got elected in the first place. As a black man now living in the US, I have to constantly remind myself that half of the people here support him. Absolutely right. As it was, Trump used Twitter to spread conspiracy theories and misinformation that caused a panic in the midst of a worldwide pandemic. When he [b]lost[/b] the election he spread lies about voter fraud and encouraged his supporters to basically attempt a [b]coup[/b] (unsuccessfully, thank goodness). In [b]any[/b] other country he would’ve been arrested for treason. Some places he would’ve even faced execution. The fact that he’s even free to repeat his lies and suggest a future term in politics is an indication how corrupt the party he represents has become.
@bijouxbroussard I genuinely thought there was no way he'd escape getting locked up after the insurrection. Since he's still free I don't know how else he can be put behind bars.

Coming from the ex-President who published on Twitter in 2019 that AOC, Ilhan Omar, and the other 2 congresswomen "should go back to the countries from where they came" all because they criticized U.S. policies along with his. This along with other reasons is why I'm also glad he's no longer in office.
Aside from that, he still has free speech. He even had a little rally not too long ago and is planning to do more later on in the year, and is still pissed off that Twitter and Facebook kicked him off their platform, acting like a victim and such. Lol.
