Should Chicken Kiev now be renamed Chicken Kyiv 🙂

Kyiv is a transliteration from the Ukrainian capital's name in Ukrainian although the version Kiev taken from the Russian applied when the Russians ruled there.

However the dish was dubbed Kiev by the Russian restauranteurs marketing it and predates Ukrainian independence.

I cook and get confused between chicken Kiev and cordon blue. But I know it’s chicken.
