The kid next door is practicing his saxophone again!

I play a few instruments, and it's only now I realize how so fortunate I am to be playing music. Let me guess: you don't play music yourself that's why it annoys you.

Let him practise, even if -- for now -- it's bad. We all start bad but improve with time. I am just grateful and happy that there are still kids who are learning an instrument. An art that is becoming more rare these days.
