Anyone ever order off zullily?

I did once. Never again.
It claimed the dress was made of linen, but when it arrived it was 100% synthetic - linen-look only.
It was also very badly made.
The trouble with the net is that you can't check the quality before you buy.
I did not get my money back after I posted the dress back.
I emailed them six times and got no response.

I think I have a year or so ago had no problems.

My wife orders from them and seems satisfied.

My neighbor does, and she loves it.
