Yes. They're shit, corrupt, power hungry bastards mostly. Very few murderers/rapists/abusers/mafia thugs actually get caught where I'm from because cops will let you go for anything if you pay them enough. Oh and they receive a commission from numerous small mafias. They've been exposed before. The govt doesn't care because heck, give govt officials a cut of your black money and you're good to go. It's a vicious cycle of rich becoming richer and poor becoming poorer.

If you call them because you've been wronged, they're gonna gang up on you WITH the thugs!! It's like you're much better off not calling the cops because they're just gonna frame you for someone else's crimes.

There are certain places there where you wouldn't want to be caught up in a problem.

I keep an eye on them I get out and about more than most I see things which are just under the radar little things unfairness.
