People that wear masks under their noses...why?

Probably because they’re tired of trying to breathe through it. It’s dumb though. Might as well not wear it at all at that point.

I know a guy who does that. Ironically, it's the same guy who once told me he'd never taken an IQ test, but he's pretty sure he's a genius.

A woman was doing that today. Had a mask on her chin so she could talk to someone 1ft away from her face.

Don't want to wear them in the first place. Just my guess

i get it if people dont wear a mask on purpose... i dont agree with it but i get it...
