Keep me from going to go buy cigarettes!!!

I'm fighting the urge, trying to quit. I know I'll be okay as long as I don't have any, but if I have them, i'll smoke them. And the gas station is only a block away. HELP

A big part of me wants to write a highly sensory paragraph about the sensation of taking a hit of a cigarette after it's been a while just to spite your effort. For funsies.

But theres another part of me that thinks that would be wrong and I shouldn't do it 🤔.

Funny how this question triggered such an intense ideological dialogue inside of myself with myself.

I understand. I'm also a smoker, and I'm addicted to tianeptine. Both are for sale at the gas station beside my house, which makes it hard to avoid. My state is pushing to make tianeptine illegal.

@SarahAndSamantha It's pretty much a narcotic, and it's sold as a "dietary supplement." I started taking them when my wife died, and now I'm addicted. Withdrawals are absolute hell.

You don't have to go chain smoking, do you? You can also smoke moderately.
