What has lock down done to your health, both physically and mentally?

Have you put on weight or lost weight? Everyone is at least getting drunk more rigjt? And time is just abstract concept now, right?

My hair is starting to turn white. My eczema is flaring. I've had two serious episodes of intractable vomiting. I am super anxious.

@Doomflower hair turning white? Seriously?
Doomflower · 36-40, M
@Jm31xxx I've started finding white hairs. I'm about the right age for women in my family to get them but it is still freaky I started noticing just after everything started to get serious.

@Jm31xxx guess what happened to me today!?

My country is in the 4th week of a 5 week lockdown. I still weigh the same though. Interestingly the sale of tobacco and alcohol has been totally ba nned for these 5 weeks. I smoked my last cigarette a few hours ago. Luckily I still have enough weed for another few days.
2020 is turning out to be quite interesting isn't it ?

@Jm31xxx Lol. I've actually been searching the news to check for people protesting etc. but I don't find any. It all seems quiet. Or...certain things are just not being reported. It seems odd that things are so quiet in a country that has virtually made a culture out of protesting.

And what about the poor people who get paid by the day ? If they have no money for the last 4 weeks then where are they getting food from ? It's just odd that things are so allegedly quiet.

@Wraithorn i just dont understand how your country thinks they can ban tobacco and people dont smash the place to bits.

I could maybe put up with not being able to get booze.... But tobacco????? Id need to go out and get a whole bunch of very heavy duty tranquillisers. This Coronavirus us as much a mental health concern as it is a physical health concern and taking away tobacco is probably at the very least going to lead ti a spike in domestic violence

I've just found some news reports now of riots happening and the government calling in more of the army reserves to help out with containing people.
It seems the main grievance is not alcohol or tobacco but starvation.
It's amazing how much of an upset this microscopic oganism is causing on Earth. The amusing part for me about it all is that Covid 19 doesn't even have a clue about just how much it is fucking with us Humans. It's a tragicomedy from my point of view.

I keep my routine the same.
Have a schedule for each day
I've lost a few pounds but that is a good thing.
I have less money coming in but also have less being spent.
All in all, we are doing very well
Nothing changed - going bike riding - outdoors - just the usual stuff...

I have more time to exercise so I dropped weight.

I'm antsy and admit I am really feeling the cabin fever. I just try and remember I still have my health and my family.

I've put on a bit of weight, not a lot. Less exercise. My mental health is fine.
