Lol, that’s what it is. I have a treadmill that I bought for when it was raining outside and I’ve been using it, but it doesn’t take the place of fresh air and greeting neighbors, shopkeepers as I walk into the main square. I didn’t fully appreciate how much I do socialize during those daily walks. I’ve gone into the backyard of my building and sat under the trees (by the trash bins), but it’s just not the same. 🥺

I think I have. Just broke out in shingles and little windows.

Not yet! I'm thankful I was able to get in a brisk 2 mile walk earlier.

If we do not take these actions will mankind become extinct before the end of 2020.
