@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout The key points here are the "same tasks and hours". That's fair and sensible. Nobody should be paid less because they're of a different ethnicity or gender, but provided they're working the same hours. As for overtime, there are premiums paid to employees which have to be factored in. If normal working hours are say, 8 hours at $20 per hour, people who work for an extra 2-3 hours will demand and should be paid say, $25 for those additional hours worked. This should be regardless of who they are
