I know exactly how you feel .The difference for me is I got 8 hrs sleep and feel like I havnt slept .I feel like I have to sleep for days for my body to catch up on all the hrs of sleep I have missed .

I was like you but not now thanks to tart cherry extract capsules it is no longer the problem it once was.
[@1507,Rusham] Lots of melatonin cherries have. Your diet can influence your insomnia or sleepiness.

I get that way once or twice a week. But hopefully you will be very tired tonight and sleep solid.
