If you find a coin on ground, would you pick it up or ignore it and walk away?

Depends. If it is a penny, sometimes I will sometimes I just ignore it. Nickels, dimes and especially quarters most likely I will. And though extremely rare, I definitely will pick up bills (the highest I ever found was a $20 once though).

I always pick up any coin I see. Best place to look is at the car wash and at a fast food drive thru like McDonald’s... you’ll even find some silver colored coins there...

Pick it up. There's an old saying:

"Find a penny pick it up, and all day day long you'll have good luck."

Probably not ... just to be able to leave it for somesones who might need it more.
