Why are we so prone to be judgemental on this site?

Aside from this question being self explanatory, I also feel like when someone talks about something they want to see in the far future or show a side of them that they wait for other like them to look at everyone else jumps in to judge that person.

I get where you are coming from, I've seen some of your posts.
If whatever you do, you do with written and oral consent
and the person is of age,
why should we think our way
is the only way?
why should we tell you how to live?
you make your way through your life the way you want
and you pay your dues don't you?
If you post strange proclivities here
it's only natural that it'll shock maybe even disgust some folks
I think you can deal with it ...?

@butterflymind1 Thanks for putting this in a better prospective. I think that you're right that majority of people would have us conform to their ideas and standards here while the purpose of this site is to find others like ourselves. The cheek kiss part makes a lot of sense

I think online anonymity tends to take away people's perceived humanity. One can't see the people they are interacting with, so there is no connection on a basic level.

People judge irl too but just to themselves. Online allows you to express those inner thoughts/judgements without repercussion.

Like I think a person is a hoe for sleeping around. I think it but I don’t say it irl, but I surely will say it here because no one can stop me.

@MorbidCynic I know that people judge others IRL but there's other reasons behind that. I just feel like the past two times I posted something that deals with two separate online communities & people who are not part of them just judge for the sake of making others feel bad

I think you are conflating the issue.

Your last post was about your sexual fantasies about your mother and sister.

In most places in the world that is extremely illegal not to mention ethically and morally seen as sick.

Most people would find that to be disgusting and most people will judge you harshly. Sorry. But I am not sorry for saying so.
