What does this mean ?

Some people make hardship look like it's easy, no matter how hard it gets.

Some people look like they don’t stress or nothing bad happens to them but that doesn’t mean they don’t have anything on their plate

You see someone with a life you envy,
But sometimes that life isn’t all it’s cracked up to be....

Some don't complain they just carry on.

I’d interpret the “it” as burdens.

well of lot people can handle stress or emotional upheaval, but it does nt mean it does not affect them . a brave face if you will 😛 that any clearer my curious one ,🙃

Just because someone looks fine, looks okay, doesn't mean that they aren't putting in their all to keep that lifestyle going.
