I feel your pain on that one.

How important is the appointment, are you able to get a cab? Approximately how long will you need to wait for a a rescheduled appointment?

I am in the same boat ,and I have to fast so I can't even drink coffee as I normally do
I always stay awake until after my appointment
No need tossing and turning when I already know
I will fall asleep right before time to get up
and sleep through the clock

Its just your mindset.
Just think this way "no matter i get a sleep or not, i will continue next day with same schedule"
The more you think, the more you get worried and you will face the issue rest of your life..

that appointment is a strain on your nerves ,,,You are so much disturbed mentally that you are upset ,,,,i dont know how you will be able to face the panel.
But relax and dont blurt out at whatever their query is...

it sounds like you put alot of pressure on yourself to get up for appointments, I used to be like that..needing to get up and thinking "damn, its 3am, I have to be up at 6, that's not enough sleep"..now if it happens I think.."its 3am..I need to be up at 6..yeah, 3 hours is plenty, I will get more the next night". But, if it makes it dangerous for you to drive by all means reschedule
