Does a physical injury hurt you more or an emotional one?
I can withstand physical pain as it will eventually fade away soon but the emotional one is hard for me to endure.

Personal injuries of all types (physical, mental, emotional) can leave scars that remain sensitive for a long time even after the initial pain has gone away, and even if there are no visible signs of trauma there can be long lasting and recurring pain and problems that may not completely go away for life. We are resilient, we do heal with time (and help sometimes)...but once we are "broken", we are never exactly quite the same again and that is just a part of living and being human. We can overcome it, we can live with/in spite of it, or we can let it consume/control us...it's all in what we choose.

@Beatbox34 Both emotional and physical pain eventually subside. Both pains come in different forms and intensities. It just depends on what the cause of the pain is and where and how it hurts.
