"Fredo" an ethnic slur?

My great grandparents were from Italy on my father's side. I grew up and heard many ethnic slurs, but with respect to Italians being referred to with ethnic slurs, "Fredo" was certainly not one of them, and should not be compared to and is not comparable to the "N" word. I think Chris is just a tad "thin skinned" or looking to make himself some kind of important. https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/cuomo-ridiculed-for-comparing-fredo-to-n-word

My grandparents, came over from Italy. I never once heard it used as a slur. The left will make a big deal out of anything.

I never heard Fredo as a slur. More like a joke towards someone.

There's a video of various clips of CNN personalities on air using the word over the last few years. But it just now became a racial slur because reasons.

The ex, half Italian and half Irish, used to call his Italian co-worker Guido, Goomba, and something I can't remember...he told me it meant gorilla.
