Is your life right now how you imagined it to be at your current age?

I didn't expect to be slowly dying from a rare neurological disease before age thirty, no. Trying to make the best of it, though.

I thought I would still have a mom at this age

I imagined sitting out on my front deck with my husband, shooting the breeze in front of our chiminea. That certainly didn't happen.

It’a nothing like I imagined. It’s still a good life and I’m grateful.
