Do you ask for help when you need it or do you suffer in silence?

I’m really bad about asking for help, so I usually suffer in silence unless someone directly tells me they want to help me

One of the biggest lessons ive just learned. I used to never as for help, but truth is, sometimes we all need a little. It's okay to ask. I still don't ask for much, just a little bit.

I ask if I really truly need it.☺

Asking for help was one of my most difficult life lessons and remains somewhat difficult. Giving is easy.

I struggle for a while and then ask for help

Both...just depends on what it is and who I have to ask.

I will ask at times but I prefer to handle deep pain alone.
