what do you think of people who talk too much?

I was at a fundraiser luncheon with my family and one of the clean up ladies came to chat with us. except she didn’t stop. It was absorbing our family time just listening to her ramble. I find it so rude ....

It’s very annoying. But it also sometimes means the person is lonely and doesn’t get many chances to interact with others.
