If you ever eat pasta do you ever wipe the sauce from the plate with a piece of bread ?

The neopilitan mince meat sauce ( ragu') slow cooks for half a day.

@SW-User My Italian mother-in-law would spend days slow cooking the sauce with Italian sausage. Never saw the reason, as it tasted pretty much [i]normal[/i] spaghetti.
