@SevenTierCrazyCake also, all mushrooms? Baby bells are great in soup, in my not so humble opinion. Shiitake are nice in certain Japanese dishes. White mushrooms blow. Crimini are ok, but not great. Amanita Muscaria is terrible tasting but will get you fucked up.

@LesserUgly There are days when I find it great and then there are days when I can't even smell it because it makes me sick. I guess it also depends on how old the cloves are. Some older can be truly gross.

@SW-User Agreed. I prefer sweet yellow onions for sandwiches, and soups. Vidalia onions if I'm using roast beef.
