Are you familiar with having a power word or one word theme for the new year?

Work had motivational type speakers in and they were pitching the concept of doing that instead of resolutions. I've never done resolutions anyways, but maybe I should give this a shot?

Thats a good idea. The power of speech is unreal sometimes. I really think it could only turn out positively if everyone in the company keeps at it.

I see but its still a good idea then. If each individual can keep up with it. Things might work better if the whole company has one too.
