Just go out and help people wherever you are. That's what I do literally. I have helped one family and a single person with special needs from this site. I mean actually flew to their location and drove to another, because I have the time and resources. However, it's hard to trust someone you meet on the internet. Paranoia and real sick people spoil it for those you know you could help. Be active in your community.
