What do you do with a friend who keeps giving bad comments on your appearance?

Change your appearance. Everyone knows you should model yourself after what the last person who gave you a bad comment said.

Are they jealous or self obsessed with their own shit and don't know what they're saying?

If i did consider them a friend I wouldn't anymore. Maybe its mean and indirect but I stop talking to people when all they do is put me down. Other than that if you want to try and save your friendship you can always just tell that it makes you (kinda?) uncomfortable and that you would appreciate it if they would stop shaming your body so much. If they do stop and apologize (or not?) all's well. If not then maybe they weren't a "real" friend to begin with.

use him to strengthen your own inner strengths of who you are. don't allow a feeble fool be a personal bother. he is clearly showing off his small heart, mind for others. so he is definitely one to dismiss anyways.

People who supposedly care about you should make you feel better about yourself not worse. This would not be a friend I would keep. I’m sure you’re a beautiful woman.

Tell her to shut up about your appearance until she manages to get that stuff out of her teeth. Then laugh when she checks. (Because there's not really anything there...)
