Is it normal to just want to sleep all the time

Ugh
Jibby · 56-60, C
You see this is exactly why I'm not afraid of dying it's like the greatest nap you'll ever take how can it possibly bother you
Tatsumi · 31-35, M
No. Check your diet. Lack of proper exercise, not having a proper sleep cycle or having a bad, sagging mattress can all cause tiredness.

Getting your vitamin levels checked at the doctor could be a good decision, too. My brother had the same issue, tired all the time, mixed with joint and muscle pain, they were symptoms of low vit D levels.

It may be a sign of illness, or depression.

@somethingIsuppose Depression isn't necessarily connected to anything happening in your life. Everything could be coming up roses for you, but you could still suffer from depression. It's a disease, like cancer or diabetes.

@DunningKruger diabetes terrifies me, used to work in a nursing home
DunningKruger · 61-69, M
@somethingIsuppose Exactly. Depression can be just as bad. It might be a symptom of something else, or it could just be its own thing. Whatever the reason, it's important to find a way to deal with it before it becomes worse. Exercise helps. Starting new activities. Making new friends. Sometimes these things help.
