Never. I think the only time I've experienced something similar was after swimming diving and getting water trapped in my ears.
That's very disorientating

@Peppa There's stuff you can get that dries it out and clears any infection. Just antibiotic drops, over the counter.

@purplepen luckily it's never gotten to the infection stage thank god.
Just settles with cotton wool in each ear and lay my head down to clear it out

Only when I've got an ear infection. Then I use antibiotic drops from the pharmacy, without even bothering a doctor.
