Do you have a laptop that keeps telling you you're spelling things wrongly because you're not American?

HoraceGreenley · 56-60, M
Dude, change the language settings
alan20 · M
@HoraceGreenley Think I've succeeded. I should have said I use a Chromebook which might be a bit more restricted.
HoraceGreenley · 56-60, M
@alan20 that's your first mistake
alan20 · M
@HoraceGreenley My FIRST mistake. I'll leave you to your innocence. But thanks for the tip!

Yes, I detest most American English spellings so it's really annoying
alan20 · M
@SW-User My problem is that I'm constantly tempted to Google words as a result, in case I'm wrong and they're right!

@NakedExperimentGrow a pair. Derogatory? LMAO.

*PS
Slang words are still words.
NakedExperiment · 51-55, M
@MethDozer Grow a pair? What and stop having an opinion?! My opinion, which I feel free to present, is that I find the term derogatory and therefore will not use it. I told you the situation. What you do with that is up to you. If you want to get all juvenile and attack me. Go ahead.
MethDozer · M
@NakedExperiment Derogatory? Attack? Typical Brit. So glass hearted.🤣
NakedExperiment · 51-55, M
You could always change your language settings in your spellcheckers.
Elessar · 26-30, M
Nope, I've one that keeps telling me I'm spelling things wrong because I write dialectal words instead of purely correct Italian ones. Equally annoying, I suppose. 😅
FurryFace · 61-69, M

Graciebaby · F
