How do you loosen a tight screw?

Try tapping the top of the screwdriver while twisting. Gently with a mallet if it's something fragile, harder for metal on metal. I think it helps break the bonds caused by oxidation or crystallization.

It's probably the same physics as with a pulse wrench. You can get some of the effect by manually pulsing (rapid on-off-on-off-etc.) with an electric screwdriver.

Impact driver. Or drill the head off. There are other ways too.
wd40 if its safe like, blow torch, heat it up.
