Do you eat when you are not hungry?

Sometimes I'll have a small amount. Just for the taste or if it's a dish I won't have for ages again (like my aunts cooking), I'll eat.

Sometimes I do. I end up feeling a bit disgusted with myself, depending on what I've selected.
