Sugar..I tried going sugar free for 3 days, it’s definitely an addiction

@SW-User I got off of sugar by increasing my intake of resistant starch foods last year. It reduced my hunger hormones and balanced my blood sugar level so well I was no longer craving sugar, then I got off of wheat and then all grains, wheat also affects blood sugar levels. Took 48 hours to change my appetite where I no longer craved sugar and junk foods.

I think people use the word "addiction" too casually. I have a caffeine addiction. And sugar, but I've been doing better with that lately. I'm addicted to people with problems, also working on that. That's about it.
