How do you become happy?

@littlepinklotus I taught Behavior Modification for many years and incorporated "Life changing Goals and Objectives" I have nearly an entire wall from former students who achieved what they dreamed for. One hint. If you get stuck on one particular objective and just can't attain it, break it down into a series of easier steps. Also, TALK IT UP, no matter who it is, and matter if they laugh, you will be networking and identifying folks coming into your life who can, and will help you. You will go far!

@littlepinklotus Flow, don't force yourself to be someone , just be as the moment demands and don't cling to anyone or anything...wonder if that makes sense...
