Yes.When I was a kid the muffler fell off of my brother's Honda S90.I thought I would pick it up off the street and when I did--yeeeouch!!All my fingertips were blistered and it hurt like hell.I didn't tell my Mom until she discovered it while we were eating dinner.Blisters were there for about 2 weeks and I also got my ass blistered for not telling her earlier.

No, but my uncle had a Lotus Super 7 with exhaust pipes on the sides. I was getting into it with him and burned my leg on it. It was awful.

Nope, I was petrified of that pipe. My sister did however, and it was a terrible burn.
