No. I only block on rare occasions when someone goes out of their way to be obnoxious on every post I write and wrote in the past or something like that.

There's only one moon head I've blocked from pure hate..
The rest are just irritating spammers...

No. I liked a couple of the people I blocked. It's just that they always argue about the same things over and over again, and it's tiring to see.
I also don't block everyone who I dislike.

I have to both dislike and find them too annoying in order to block them. Blocking everyone I don't like would take too long
