I think it depends on your phase of life If you're a 20year old ready to climb the corporate ladder... Most definitely career would come first (you don't need distractions) .
But if you're a married 50year old with your kids working and retirement is around the corner and you're thinking of taking your wife on a cruise it would be love

depends on what you want out of life. if its a good job its the career. if having a s.o. and family is what you are looking for in life. its love.

One needs both. That's why career is based on time limit and weekends are holidays to have time with love ones
