Because people don't put effort into it anymore it seems, they expect relationships to be so easy, but there's more in relationships than just intimacy.

I can't say [i]most[/i] people, but I agree with Amylynne. This is part of the problem - relationships require 100% from both parties. Unrealistic expectations make matters worse.
